Rosie Ticciati – Person Centred Therapist

I trained originally as a general and childrenā€™s nurse at Great Ormond Street and Middlesex Hospitals. Later I qualified as a health visitor, and worked with the psychiatric unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, as the link with very deprived families in Berinsfield.

Since 1996 I have run the specialist twin clinics at Queen Charlotteā€™s Hospital for the Multiple Births Foundation. Between 1996 and 1999 I gave baby massage classes at Queen Charlotteā€™s Hospital as part of a research team looking at the effects of baby massage on mothers with post-natal depression.

I qualified as a Person Centred Therapist at the Metanoia Institute in 2002 and have since been practising both privately and in the NHS. In 2006 I qualified as a play therapist and as a person centred supervisor.

Since 2013 I have been working one day a week at Lady Eleanor Holles School as a childrenā€™s therapist

I am a member of the BACP ( the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy ) and work within their strict ethical framework, offering my clients the assurance that my training, current practice and continuing personal development meets the associations high standards.

My work is regularly monitored by a qualified counselling supervisor.
I am married with 3 grown up children.
